Customer Service Representative Delaware, OH Store Location
- Assist customer with scheduling service, delivery, pickups
- Make sure merchandise in showroom is clean and rent ready (pre-delivery and post return to stock)
- Help with product deliveries and pick-up when needed
- Prepare merchandise for transit to Service Department
- Take customer payments, verify customer files, and complete other sales-oriented paperwork daily
